About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our client’s expanding team in a permanent full-time or part-time capacity. This primarily paediatric role involves working with children in their homes, schools, and early learning settings across Melton and surrounding suburbs. You will be part of a supportive and experienced clinical team, with guidance from a Head Speech Pathologist and regular team check-ins to support clinical decision-making, caseload planning, and ongoing professional development. Sessions are 45 minutes face-to-face, with additional time allocated for report writing, preparation, and travel. Clinicians typically see around 25 clients per week (~25 hours of clinical time), however caseloads can be adjusted depending on full-time or part-time arrangements and individual capacity.
